The MGB replaced the MGA and was built between 1962 and 1980. In total 523,836 cars were produced. It accelerated 0-100kph in just over 11 secs. 

This car is a Series 1 MGB, pull-handle model and was first registered in July 1966 (shortly after England won the Football World Cup!). 

I purchased this car in 1982. In recent years it has undergone a full restoration including a new bodyshell.
